Challenge: 
Create a pitch presentation document for a residential development on a South West London site that was formerly a candle factory. The design needed to impress the client, who had a strong eye for design and creativity.

Approach: 
I developed a bespoke brand identity using a flame-like font and gentle animation to echo the site’s heritage. This visual language was carried through the presentation to create consistency and distinction.

Result:
A polished presentation that successfully communicated the property's essence, securing a win for this bid opportunity.
