Challenge: 
Create illustrations for a beautifully sensitive collection of poems by Ishpreet Kaur Bhogal, which visually enhance the words on the page.

Approach: 
Working very closely with the author to understand the depths of each poem, I developed a harmonious style to tell her stories thoughtfully, using an iterative approach to perfect each illustration. I also created the cover concept and design, encasing the poems.

Result:
The book was published and is available for purchase. Ishpreet was thrilled with the outcome, a project so personal and close to her heart. The illustrations received warm and positive reviews.
