THE CHALLENGE
To create illustrations for a beautifully sensitive collection of poems by Ishpreet Kaur Bhogal, which visually enhanced the words on the page.
MY APPROACH
Working very closely with the author to understand the depths of each poem, I developed a harmonious style to tell her stories thoughtfully, through several iterations to perfect each illustration. I also created the cover concept and design, encasing the poems.
THE RESULT
The book was published and is available for purchase. Ishpreet was thrilled with the outcome, a project so personal and close to her heart. The illustrations received warm and positive reviews.
