THE CHALLENGE
To design a suite of topics, on environmental awareness, that would be used to inform 6-10 year old children within a school environment.
MY APPROACH
I researched educational content for this age group, but looked more broadly to discover that an engaging, unique character would help explain the facts. I developed a unisex character, Eco Nico, that would appear throughout the content.
THE RESULT
The design was well received, and praised for being an effective and versatile tool to deliver each topic. A pilot will be held in September to test with the audience.
